How to be used:
Add 3 dessert spoons (15-20gr) into 1 L boiled chlorine-free water and steam by boiling on very low heat. Steam for 2 minutes by taking breaks. Then a handkerchief / cotton ball can be moistened by putting it in the solution and apply it to the inside of both nostrils. This can be applied 3 x a week until the packaging is used.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned herb and do not exceed the doses.
