Introduction of Use
Add 1 dessertspoon into 1 boiled glasses with chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil for 4 minutes. While it is hot, strain and separate the herb. Consume 2x per day a half hour before breakfast and dinner.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
