Introduction of Use
Add 1 dessertspoon of Tribulus Fruit herb into 1 boiled glass with chlorine-free water (150-200mL) and boil (4 minutes) on low heat with lid. While it is hot, strain and seperate the herb. Consume 1x per day before a meal. Recommended to continue until package is completely used.
It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.
For herbal teas that are consumed half an hour before or after eating, it is recommended to consume only water after half an hour.
It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
Keep the package on a cool and dry place.
Attention should be paid to the instructions for use of the mentioned herb and do not exceed the doses.
