Region: Obtained from the olives of the North Kilis Region.
Olive Type: Kilis Oil (Obtained from a single type of olive)
Cultivation: In the natural environment, no drugs or additives were used.
Harvest Period: Quite early (15 September - 30 September)
Processing: It was processed without water at 25 ℃, within 8 hours, after the harvest time. No separator was used during processing. Only during processing, it was pre-filtered and put on hold.
Sensory Properties: Bitterness and Bitterness are high (Dark chocolate taste). Fruitiness is medium.
