A glass of water (150-200 mL) is taken from boiled drinking water (without chlorine) and a bag of tea is poured into it. It is left to infuse for 10 minutes. After 10. minute, the tea bag comes out. Wait for it to cool down a bit.
A glass of tea is sipped once a day for twenty days, at the earliest two hours after any meal.
